What payments do you accept?
We are currently in network with Aetna, Oscar, UHC, Optum, and UMR.
We also accept self-pay and accept all major credit and debit cards. I will bill your card at the end of your session via your secure client portal. I can provide a superbill for you for insurance reimbursement.

Yes!

How long are your sessions?
Our sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Specialized sessions such as EMDR sessions can be scheduled for 60 minutes.
What are your rates?
Our rates are:
$165 50 minute Session
$190 60 minute Session
$190 EMDR sessions
What modalities do you use?
We often help by teaching you skills to manage trauma. We utilize EMDR therapy to aid in healing. We utilize polyvagal/somatic therapy, mindfulness, and inner-child healing. We provide psychoeducation and resources such as books, articles, podcasts, & homework. See more information on our EMDR page.
